The Hypothesis Framework
Every creative test starts with a hypothesis. "We believe [this concept] will outperform [the control] because [evidence-based reason]."
No hypothesis, no test. This single rule eliminates 80% of wasted ad spend on creative that had no strategic reasoning behind it.
The Variation Matrix
For each concept, build a variation matrix. Each variation tests one variable against the control.
Same concept, different headline. Same headline, different visual. Same visual, different format. Same format, different hook.

The winning variation becomes the new control. The next round of tests tries to beat it. Each cycle improves your creative performance.
Over three months of systematic testing, your best-performing creative is typically 3-5x more efficient than where you started. That is not luck. That is a creative testing system doing what systems do: compound improvements over time.
