ANALYZE:
1. Overall verdict: Is this campaign healthy, struggling, or needs immediate action?

Do not hedge. If something should be paused, say so. If budget should move, say where.

Reading the Output

The overall verdict is your headline. Healthy means optimize and scale. Struggling means diagnose and fix. Immediate action means something is bleeding money.

The bottleneck analysis is the most valuable section. If CTR is high but conversions are low, the problem is the landing page, not the ad. If CTR is low, the creative or targeting needs work. This distinction prevents you from fixing the wrong thing.

Using It Regularly

Run this analysis weekly for active campaigns. The data changes, the recommendations change. What was working last week might not be working this week.
